PRE-EVENT SERVICES
2 physical meeting 2 months prior wedding day
- Unlimited consultation via SMS and EMAIL upon reservation
- Double-check suppliers’ contract & call time
- Assist in making the program outline & script
DURING EVENT SERVICES
Preparation: 7 hours prior to ceremony time
- Coordinate with suppliers
- Prepare wedding paraphernalia for photoshoot
- Get turn over items for church and reception
- Handle the preparation and order taking of food during preparation
- Monitor call time for suppliers and wedding timeline
- Assist in the preparation
- Provide 1 bridal assistant to accompany and assist the bride during pictorials and at the bridal car
Church / Ceremony Site: 2 hours prior to ceremony time:
- Check venue set-up
- Coordinate with the officer in charge at the church, sound system operator/singer/strings
- Make sure all technical items are working properly
- Prepare offertory table
- Distribute missalettes/marriage rites
- Make sure chairs are exact for the entourage
- Arrange paraphernalia
- Distribute bouquet and wedding paraphernalia to members of the entourage
- Supervise the arrival of liturgical & offertory participants
- Instruct participants of their duty
- Manage the flow of processional and ceremony
- Assist with the contract signing, pictorial and recessional
- Gather back wedding paraphernalia such as candle, veil, cord, etc.
Reception Site: 5 hours prior to ceremony time:
- Check on venue set-up and supervise the suppliers
- Discuss the program with the suppliers
- Registration: man the registration area, usher guests and VIPs
- Manage the flow of reception program
- Coordinate with all the suppliers throughout the wedding reception program
- Silently cue each table for the photo op during dinner/lunch
- Distribute wedding favors, signing of guest book/frame
- Gather back reception items such as a guest book, sign frame, etc.
- Settle remaining payment to wedding suppliers with receipts of payment sheet
- Assist in the turnover of wedding paraphernalia items
